What we move

A single laptop that has to be somewhere today: with a new starter, at an interview, on the desk of someone who left theirs at home. Business-scale kit as well — servers, networking equipment, monitors, presentation and AV gear, a whole desk or office worth of machines moved in one run.

It is the same job either way, sized differently. A small van for one machine and its charger, a Transit for a room's worth of workstations, a Luton for a full office move.

How it's handled

  • Kept secure in transit

Equipment is packed properly for the journey and kept flat or upright as the item needs, not stacked with whatever else is on the van.

  • Driven directly

The item goes from the collection address straight to the delivery address — not routed through a hub or left overnight in a depot along the way.

  • One person accountable for it

The same driver collects and delivers, so there is one point of contact if you need to check where something is.

What happens when you call

  1. Describe the equipment

What it is, roughly how much of it there is, and anything fragile or particularly valuable that the driver should know about.

  2. We quote a price

One figure for the whole job, given on the call, based on the distance and the van the load needs.

  3. A van is matched to the load

A small van for a single machine, a Transit for a room's worth of kit, a Luton for a full office clearout.

  4. Collection and delivery

The equipment is collected from the address you gave us and driven directly to where it needs to be. You are told when it has arrived.

Laptop and IT courier questions

Can you send a single laptop, or does it need to be a business booking?

A single laptop is a normal booking. You do not need to be a business account to call us about one machine.

How is the laptop packaged?

It is packed for the journey and kept flat or upright as it needs. If you have the original box or a case, use it; if not, tell us when you book and we will make sure it travels properly.

Can you move a whole office's IT equipment at once?

Yes. A Transit or a Luton handles a room's worth of workstations or a full office move in one run, and the job is priced as one.

Do you cover servers and networking equipment, not just laptops?

Yes. Describe what is moving when you call and we will size the van to it, whether that is one laptop or a server rack.

Can this be booked out of hours?

Yes. Nights, weekends, bank holidays and Christmas Day are ordinary working hours here.

Tell us what's moving and where it needs to be

Call with the equipment, both addresses and the deadline, and you will have a price on the same call.
