Privacy and cookies
What this website collects, why, and how to change your mind. Analytics cookies are off unless you switch them on.
Who we are
This website is run by 365 Global, a London-based van courier. We decide what personal data is collected through the site and how it is used, which makes us the data controller.
For anything in this policy, including a request to see, correct or delete your data, email Info@365global.co.uk or ring 020 3143 9365.
What we collect
When you ring or email us, we keep what you tell us: your name, contact details and the details of the job. We use it to quote, carry out and invoice the work, and we keep it as long as the law requires for business records.
The website itself has no account, no sign-up and no contact form. The price estimator on the quote page sends the two postcodes you type to the free postcodes.io lookup service, in your browser, to work out a distance. We do not receive or store them.
The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. No cookie is involved.
Cookies
Only analytics cookies are used, and only if you accept them. Nothing is set before you choose.
| Google Analytics 4 | _ga, _ga_*Counts visits and shows which pages are used. Lasts up to two years. |
|---|---|
| Microsoft Clarity | _clck, _clskRecords anonymised clicks, scrolling and page layouts to show where visitors get stuck. Lasts up to a year. |
| Your choice | cookie-consent:v1Stored in your browser so we do not ask on every page. Not a cookie, and it never leaves your device. |
What analytics tells us, and who sees it
If you accept, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how you use the site: the pages you view, roughly where you are, your device and browser, and how you click and scroll. We use this to see which pages help and which do not. Clarity hides what you type into form fields.
Google and Microsoft process this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the UK under their own safeguards. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not switch on Google's advertising features.
Our lawful basis is your consent. You can refuse without losing anything on the site.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Choose Cookie settings in the footer of any page to reopen the choice. Rejecting removes the analytics cookies from your browser. The banner asks again after twelve months.
You can also clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent whenever you like.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first and we will put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
A question about your data?
